We take the safety of our clients seriously. Therefore, all inspectors are trained in the latest HUD standards. All employees must pass a criminal background check. Inspectors will always appear with a company shirt. 

Inspectors attend refresher courses and in-service training sessions to ensure that all inspector interpretations meet HUD guidelines. Our inspectors are proficient in meeting all requirements for both conventional and Section 8 units.
